LOCAL PICKUP now available in Wynnum

Select Local Pickup during checkout to collect from our friends at Wynnum Music Centre (Shop 1, 235 Bay Terrace, Wynnum QLD 4178).  We will email you when your items are ready to collect (please allow at least 24 hours). You will need to bring a printed copy of your order and some ID for collection.

Australia Standard Post (WITH Tracking) - $6 Flat Rate - Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days. Delivery usually takes 2-7 working days

Australia Standard Post WITH Signature - $11 Flat Rate - Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days. Delivery usually takes 2-7 working days

Australia Express Post - $14 Flat Rate - Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days. Delivery usually takes 1-3 working days

NEW ZEALAND

International (STANDARD with Tracking) - $20.20 Flat Rate - Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days. Delivery usually takes 5-14 working days. Currently 18-25 days due to COVID-19.

International (EXPRESS with Tracking) - $32.20 Flat Rate - Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days. Delivery usually takes 5-14 working days. Currently 10-18 days due to COVID-19.

UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

International (STANDARD with Tracking) - $26 Flat Rate - Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days. Delivery usually takes 5-14 working days. Currently 25-35 days due to COVID-19.

 International (EXPRESS with Tracking) - $41 Flat Rate - Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days. Delivery usually takes 5-14 working days. Currently 15-20 days due to COVID-19.

REST OF THE WORLD

CUSTOMS & VAT FEES

If you are ordering from outside Australia, please be aware that you may have to pay customs fees and/or duties. These fees are set by your government and are the responsibility of the buyer. For more information, please contact your local customs office or postal service.

ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

Please check your purchase when it arrives. We have no control over how items are handled once items have have been handed over to the delivery service (eg Australia Post).  If you receive an item that is damaged and you believe it has happened during transit, please supply us with photographs of the packaging as you received it within 48 hours of receipt, so that we can work with you get it resolved quickly.

RETURNS

We have a 28 day refund and exchange policy. If you have changed your mind or received a faulty product, please make sure you let us know by emailing ishop@pirate-dragon.com within 28 days to ensure a prompt resolution of your refund or exchange. Be sure to include 'RETURNS' in the subject line along with your contact details, order number and reason for the return in the body of the email.

If you are making a return or exchange for any reason other than an error on our part, the shipping costs of your order cannot be refunded and you will be responsible for the cost of your return postage.

Please note:

* Earrings and pierced ear cuffs cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

* Digital products cannot be returned once the download link has been accessed.

* Craft supplies, patterns and kits cannot be returned if they have been opened.

* Sale items (if applicable) - only regular priced items may be refunded.

* Purchases using gift cards will be refunded with the issue of a new digital gift card which will be emailed only.

Please allow 10 working days for returns to be received and processed.

Please allow 5-10 working days for a refund to appear in your account. If it has been longer than 2 weeks please Contact Us and we will follow up your refund immediately.
