Refund policy
Pirate-Dragon.com handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 28 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full (excluding shipping fees). Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method you may payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of Pirate-Dragon.com
If you have changed your mind or received a faulty product, please make sure you let us know by emailing ishop@Pirate-Dragon.com within 28 days to ensure a prompt resolution of your refund or exchange. Be sure to include 'RETURNS' in the subject line along with your contact details, order number and reason for the return in the body of the email.
If you are making a return or exchange for any reason other than an error on our part, the shipping costs of your order cannot be refunded and you will be responsible for the cost of your return postage.
Please note:

Earrings and pierced ear cuffs cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Digital products cannot be returned once the download link has been accessed.

Craft supplies, patterns and kits cannot be returned if they have been opened.

Sale items (if applicable) - only regular priced items may be refunded.

Purchases using gift cards will be refunded with the issue of a new digital gift card which will be emailed only.
Please allow 10 working days for returns to be received and processed.
Please allow 5-10 working days for a refund to appear in your account. If it has been longer than 2 weeks please Contact Us and we will follow up your refund immediately.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
